SURVEYS

Most residential surveys of typical residential lots can be completed within 3 days of your order. Surveys range in price from $375 to $575 for a typical residential lot survey without corner markers. If you should require corner markers, the fee is $75 to $125 per corner. Prices available upon request for larger and/or irregular properties. All surveyors are licensed members of the New Jersey Land Surveyors Association (NJLSA). On most refinances, the majority of lenders accept the "No Survey" survey endorsement. This endorsement is available for $25.*

CLOSINGS

Allstates Title offers its closing services in all counties of New Jersey and in the six eastern counties in Pennsylvania. Our agents are available to conduct closings during normal business hours as well as evenings at any location including the customer's home. All closing fees are strictly regulated by the New Jersey Department of Banking.

EAGLE PROTECTION POLICIES

Allstates Title Service, Inc. offers both standard Land Title Policies as well as the new EAGLE Protection Policies. The EAGLE Policy offers extensive coverage at an economical price thereby obtaining maximum coverage at a flat charge of $75.00. With the EAGLE Policy, the policy amount is increased automatically for you. First American recognizes that when a lender's coverage is limited to the original loan amount, that amount is often inadequate to fully compensate for an actual loss. That is why the new EAGLE Protection Policy automatically provides a policy limit of 125 percent of the stated insurance amount. THAT'S RIGHT - a full 125% of the insurance amount is in place from the start.

Why the EAGLE Protection Loan Policy? This Policy was created to benefit you -- the Lender, by including the coverage and other policy features you have often asked for by endorsement, as well as many new coverage that no title insurer has ever provided. Some even deal with post-policy title matters that have not been part of title insurance at all. For you-- the lender, this means added protection and increased peace of mind.

All this protection is available in this single package - the EAGLE Protection Loan Policy. You no longer need to request endorsements or check the boxes on an ALTA Short Form. Now the most far-reaching, endorsement-inclusive policy in the industry provides the protection you've asked for . . . and much more.
